How We Use It: ConvertKit has been indispensable in our daily work here at VolunteerPro. We use this tool to automate subscriptions to our content, offer the freebie downloads that we know our audience loves, and most importantly segment and customize our messaging to different audiences.

Kajabi (Online Training Platform)
How We Use It: Kajabi is our platform of choice for all our online coaching, training, and curriculum. We love the quality and customization it offers while still being very user-friendly and simple to use. In addition to more traditional learning modules, we can also include video tutorials, quizzes, and downloadable content to deepen the learning and keep students engaged.
Even better, Kajabi automatically tracks student progress and delivers a certificate of completion every time a student crosses the finish line!

Circle (Online Community & Resource Library)
How We Use It: Circle is our hub for all things VolPro Membership. With organized tag-able discussions, private messaging, downloadable content and resources, live events, and video replays (and lots more), Circle delivers exactly what we need for our audience and allows for brand customization and personalization so our members feel right at home.

Nonprofit Leadership Lab (Resources for Board Members & Executives)
How We Use It: We have found the resources within the Nonprofit Leadership Lab to be incredibly helpful for nonprofit executives and board members, and we’re happy to share them with our audience to help increase the knowledge and skill base for this unique subset of dedicated volunteer talent.
Board members often face very specific challenges as they work behind the scenes to expand the reach and impact of their organization. The NLL offers incredibly helpful training and tools designed to equip these team members with the tools to raise more money, build an effective and engaged board, and grow a dedicated base of support.
