Impact LabTM membership subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.  If you want to cancel or change your payment method, you can do so right from your member profile inside the portal.  Our goal is to make your access as easy as possible to manage.

  • Annual Membership – Your membership renews at the end of each 12-month period (the best option for budget-conscious nonprofits)
  • Monthly Membership – Your membership renews each month (you can also upgrade to an annual membership at any time)

Our policy is one account = one person. So, we do ask that you not share your login. If your colleagues would like to have access to a live seminar or coaching call, you have a few options:

  1. Invite co-workers to pull up a chair and view live seminars alongside you.
  2. Purchase a team membership at a discount. Each of your co-workers will receive their own individual user name and password.

Absolutely!  Often our members get promoted, change roles, or leave their organizations and the ImpactLabTM no longer makes sense. To transfer your account to another team member, simply email us at wecare@volpro.net and give us the name and email of the new member and when you want the switch to take place.  We can generally make the change in one business day.

Each month we present live seminars and coaching calls. You can choose which make sense for you.

You can either join us live or watch video replays at your own pace.  You’ll also get the slides so you can take notes as you go.    

Big results take effort. Plan to spend about 1-3 hours each week participating and taking action. If you put in the work, you WILL make progress!
